Join our Adult classes and do things you never thought you could do! Adult classes are for adults of all ages, regardless of your physical fitness or athletic ability. We have students who start anywhere from their teens to their sixties and seventies! We have morning and evening classes to help fit your busy schedule.
Taekwondo improves cardio fitness, muscle tone, flexibility, and coordination. Students learn important self-defense skills and are more confident and focused as a result of their Tae Kwon Do training. Men and women alike benefit from our Adult classes as they progress and achieve their goals!
We also offer our Executive Taekwondo Program so adults can come train during their lunch hour from 12-12:50 on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
They say the family that kicks together sticks together!
Family classes are fun for the whole family. They allow your family to participate together,
making it convenient for you and lots of fun for everyone.
Taekwondo offers great benefits for both children and adults, including physical conditioning,
self-defense, self-confidence, and increased coordination. Families that take Taekwondo
together have something new in common that they can practice at home and share as a family.
Our Children’s classes are a great activity to keep your children active and learning. Children in these classes enjoy kicking, blocking, and punching their way to physical fitness and mental focus.
The tenets of Taekwondo—Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Indomitable Spirit, Self-Control--are a particularly important part of our Children’s classes.
Children will learn self-confidence, discipline, self-defense, responsibility, respect, and much more.
As children progress through the belt levels, their confidence soars!
Our Little Dragons classes are specially designed for children from four to six years of age.
In a fun and active environment Little Dragons learn coordination, self-esteem, focus,
fitness, respect, safety skills, and much more.
Our Little Dragons are thrilled as they move through the belt levels and are so proud of their progress.
They’ll know they’re having fun, and you’ll know they’re learning important life skills at the same time.
